In this role, you’ll manage a community caseload, delivering assessment, treatment, and recovery-focused case management. You’ll provide both in-office and outreach support, including crisis and risk assessments, development of recovery plans, coordination of referrals and close collaboration with consumers, carers and local services to promote wellbeing and recovery.
As part of a well-structured multidisciplinary team including nurses, psychologists, social workers and occupational therapists you’ll have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice.
